I am grateful to live in a place that thinks it's important to plant daffodils on the medians of roads. Tokyo is awesome and all, but there and in other cities, no one seems to care if plant life becomes extinct altogether! I just think it is so nice that someone goes to the trouble of planting and caring for flowers amid traffic.
